1) HITLER SOUGHT TO COMMIT THE GENOCIDE OF JEWS BECAUSE OF HIS CHRISTIAN VIEWS 2) EMILIOS KYROU (ΑΙΜΙΛΙΟΣ ΚΥΡΟΥ) - AUSTRALIAN JUDGE - RULES CONTENT REMOVED NOTE: CONTENT REMOVED In 2006 the Supreme Court of Victoria made the following observation, below, that distinguishes between the criticism of ideas from the holder of those ideas. A judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria (Kyrou) made a ruling against this author. Kyrou's ruling disregarded that distinction by claiming that the presentation of historical material constituted a "comparison" of character. Kyrou's past utterances are that the ideas held by an individual (like one's religion) constitute one's identity, and that criticism of these ideas constitutes crtiticism of one's identity. "… εγώ πιστεύω ότι ενεργούμε σύμφωνα με τη βούληση του Παντοδύναμου Δημιουργού: έτσι που προστατεύουμε εναντίον τον Εβραίων παλεύω για τα έργα του Κυρίου" Αδόλφος Χίτλερ, σ.60, Mein Kampf (Manheim translation into English - translated from English to Greek by this author) "GOD", YHWH/Ohrmazd/Jesus/Allah - without them we could not have had Hitler, Mohammed or ISIS “Hitler is universally regarded as one of the most abhorrent individuals of all time” (308) EMILIOS KYROU "The Hitler Imputation unarguably defames...the description of a person as a racist that they have views similar to those of Hitler elevates the defamation to one of the most egregious examples of its type. To associate anyone with the views of Hitler is to profoundly damage their reputation because the message that is immediately conveyed is that the person condones the atrocities that Hitler committed based on his views that the Aryan race is superior to all other races and that Jews (among others) should be exterminated" (307) EMILIOS KYROU Let's extrapolate from this finding: If Hitler is "abhorrent", then so too is the religion that guided him: CHRISTIANITY If, "to associate anyone with the views of Hitler is to profoundly damage their reputation", then demonstrating that Hitler committed the genocide because of Christianity means the reputation of Christianity has been "profoundly damaged". CONTENT REMOVED Hitler did what he did because he was Christian, and NOT FOR THE REASONS GIVEN BY KYROU (finding no. 307). The Old Testament repeatedly refers to the Jews as the race chosen by god. According to the Old Testament, (which is not supplanted by the New Testament) non-Jewish Christians could never be the people of god because they are not Jews. Criticism of these Biblical passages was part of the 2009 Humanist Transhumanist exhibiton that Kyrou described as "offensive". The conundrum that allowed for non-Jews to be Christians was resolved by doctrine, the book of the Apocrypha, Ecclesiasticus 10.8 which reads:
Hitler believed, on doctrinal grounds, that "Aryans" were the race to whom god's kingdom is translated, and genocide is ordered in the Old Testament. I have the right to receive and impart information - such as history which is already in the public domain - and no judge has the right to assert what ever is their personal belief of what "history" is or what they want it to be and to cause to be made unavailable to others that information that is already in the public domain.
Kyrou's ruling against this author (no. 307) CONTENT REMOVED exonerates Christianity from being blamed for Hitler's crime by claiming that instead of Christianity guiding him, Hitler committed the murder of the Jews because of "his views that the Aryan race is superior to all other races". This is Christian bullshit. Kyrou's claim is contradicted by the facts, being what Hitler said and wrote. Since the Nuremberg show-trials a concerted Christian effort has attempted to exonerate Christianity's role in the formation of the racism of Hitler, by claiming that Hitler acted against Christianity.
