In Australia there is no law that enshrines in a binding manner the right to impart information or have that information freely available. Information capable of exposing a prejudice can be objected to so that those who hold that prejudice can continue to hold it.
The exhibition Humanist Transhumanist was held in 2009. The artists, both atheists, included this author. The exhibition was critical of values derived from religion. Judaism, Christianity, Islam and Zoroastrianism were criticised. Criticising religious doctrine has nothing to do with "Palestine" or Israel, however, Supreme Court of Victoria judge Emilios Kyrou found that it does.
Robert Cripps, owner of the gallery the works were exhibited in, claimed that the exhibition was "racist". According to Cripps quoting the Koran is "anti-Palestinian" because "Muslims react to what Jews do" and Koranic verses urging suicide war and suicide killing could make people not blame Jews for violence in "Palestine", but blame Muslims instead.
Cripps used the antisemitic canard which blames Jews for war to claim that criticism of Islam by atheists could cause people to not blame Jews. This antisemitic canard appears in the Protocols of the Wise Men of Zion, was used by Adolf Hitler, and is propounded by Muslim groups such as Hamas. This antisemitic canard was used by Osama Bin Laden. It is racist.
Cripps sued both this author and Lee-Anne Raymond for defamation for writing this and claimed it was an "injurious falsehood" for us to write it - denying that he had made any such claims. CONTENT REMOVED

Cherie Blair blamed the Jewish victims for what Muslims did. The committing of suicide murders is ordered in the Koran and was criticised in pp. 25-26 of Humanist Transhumanist. Cripps claimed this would cause people to blame Muslims for doing such acts. Cripps would rather, like Blair, blame the victims, Jews. Prohibiting references to the Koran or hadith serves only one purpose: allowing for only "the Jews" to be blamed. |

The war against Jews living in "Palestine" predates the creation of Israel. It is guided by Islamic doctrine. Al Husseini, the Muslim Nazi, made this very point before Israel existed (previously covered in New Left Nazis):

It is a war that is defined by the Koran and hadith in which the Jews are its victims. This Muslim war against the Jews of "Palestnie" was supported by Adolf Hitler. That war sought to eliminate the Jews of "Palestine". This remains the objective of Muslim groups in "Palestine" such as Hamas and Islamic Jihad which base their actions on the Koran and hadith as did al Husseini.

Muslims and Nazis sought the genocide of the Jews of Palestine prior the existence of Israel which had nothing to do with "Aryan supremacism". The Koran and hadith provided, and continue to provide the reasons for Muslims to attack the Jews of "Palestine" which has nothing to do with what "Jews do". Muslim "Palestinians" openly quote the Koran and hadith and act according to the Koran and hadith against Jews.
1) the Koran explicitly states that Allah had already destroyed the sinful nations that preceded "the nation" of Islam (such as the Bani Isra'il). This is referred to by the Hamas Covenant.
2) the hadith declare that the territory in question, al Shām ("Palestine"/Levant), is promised to Muslims, meaning that in Islam Jews have no right to exist there.
3) the hadith proclaim that the Jews who did not convert to Islam 1300 years ago were either expelled or "made extinct". Both points 2) and 3) are used by the Nazi al Husseini in his case against "the Jews" before Israel existed.
4) the hadith proclaim that it is the duty of Muslims to fight Jews until they are "made extinct". This is referred to by al Husseini, and the specific hadith calling for the Jewish genocide is quoted by Hamas as all Muslims' duty.

A JUSTIFICATION TO BE ANTISEMITIC
The "finding", published on Austlii, along with the transcripts to the trial (published to Scribd by this author) were used by Israeli author Dov Ivry to write his book on the trial and its finding. Dov Ivry, in an article written in the Times of Israel, describes the silence of Australia's Jewish community as "A blot on the Jewish people".
